This draft describes the intended CyberGuard pilot data flows. It must be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before a public commercial launch.

Data processed

CyberGuard may process account identity data, organization configuration, verified domain information, public security posture results, security findings, audit events and billing identifiers. Payment card data is intended to be handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored by CyberGuard.

Security and retention

The product is designed to isolate organization data, encrypt sensitive integration tokens and retain audit information required to operate the service. Production retention periods, subprocessors and international-transfer terms must be finalized before launch.
