Authorized use

Users must only assess domains, assets and systems they own or are explicitly authorized to assess. CyberGuard provides security posture information and does not constitute a penetration test, certification or guarantee that an organization is secure.

Service limitations

Results can be incomplete or affected by DNS, CDN, WAF, cloud and third-party service configurations. Findings should be validated in business context before remediation decisions.

Commercial terms

Pricing, taxes, cancellation, refunds, support commitments, liability limits, governing law and data processing terms must be finalized before public launch.
